What is Naamjap?
Naamjap is the continuous remembrance and repetition of the divine name of God. It is one of the oldest and most powerful spiritual practices in Sanatana Dharma. Chanting sacred names such as Ram, Om Namah Shivaya, Hare Krishna, or the name of your chosen deity gradually calms the mind, removes negativity, and strengthens your connection with the Divine.
